Credit Card Destinations shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by the client or any third party resulting from any accident or mechanical failure of any vehicle supplied by the participating company. Credit Card Destinations will provide the name and address of such participant company on request. Credit Card Destinations will not be held liable for missed flights due to airline decision to cancel flight or pickups due to traffic congestion, lost or damaged baggage due to client choice of vehicle size. 2. In the event of a cancellation, any deposit paid would be forfeited, however unavoidable circumstances e.g. bereavement, deposits may be refunded at the discretion of the company. 3. No responsibility whatsoever can be accepted for adverse weather conditions, which may cause delay or cancellation of a booking by the Company. 4. Whilst every effort is afforded to the serviceability of the vehicles, no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown. 5. In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle/s at the Company's discretion. 6. The Hirer (as assigned overleaf) shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused both inside and outside the vehicle/s by the Hirer or any members of his/her party, howsoever caused. This includes incitement to ANY Third Party, which results in damage to the vehicle or its contents. The Hirer will agree to be liable for the total retail cost of the repair, and the Company will determine the location of the repairer. In addition the Hirer will be liable to pay to the Company a fixed daily rate (determined by the Company) while the vehicle is out of commission for such repair, plus any further incurred losses, i.e., by lost bookings. Where the Hirer has made payment by credit card for the hire, we reserve the right to deduct any costs for damage described above from the credit card given.
